Delete Your Ticketeria Account
Need to delete your account? We're here to help you through the process.
The easiest way is to delete your account through the mobile app. All account records are deleted at that time. If you are unable to perform that task, please see further delete help instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Step 1: Contact Support
Send an email to support@ticketeria.co with:

Subject: "Account Deletion Request"

Your registered email address or phone number

Reason for deletion (optional, helps us improve)
Step 2: Verification
We'll verify your identity and confirm the deletion request within 2 business days.
Step 3: Account Deletion
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your Ticketeria account, we permanently remove:
Your account information (name, email, phone number)
All ticket images you've uploaded Ticket data and event details AI processing history
Credit purchase records App usage analytics tied to your account
All stored preferences and settings
What May Be Retained
For legal compliance and security purposes, we may retain:
Transaction records (up to 7 years for tax/audit requirements)
Support communications (for customer service records)
Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers)
Security logs (fraud prevention, as required by law)
Important Notes

Irreversible: Account deletion cannot be undone

Immediate effect: You'll lose access to all tickets and data

New account: You can create a new account anytime with the same email
