You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it immediately. Additionally, our App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

5. Image Screening and Legal Reporting
To ensure compliance with legal and safety standards, we use Google Cloud Vision’s SafeSearch Detection API to screen user-uploaded ticket images. If an image is flagged as likely or very likely to contain:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Violence or terrorism

Adult or racy content

Spoofed content
We may take the following actions:

Immediately delete the flagged image.

Terminate access to the App for the associated account.

Report the material to appropriate law enforcement authorities and/or organizations such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or INHOPE, as required by law.
6. Data Storage and Retention

Local Storage: Ticket images are stored locally on your device unless explicitly uploaded for processing.
